3D Viewer for the Slovenian Business-zones is a work of a Slovenian firm called XLab. 3D Viewer work independently of a web browser and need a Java Runtime Enviroment. If the 3D Viewer does not start automaticly you must load a free Java Runtime Enviroment. You can do that by selecting the Java icon on the right.

By selecting the icon GAEA+ bellow you get the new window with Busienss-zones in the 3D map of Slovenia. You can get the detailed data for the selected zone by clicking the zone with the left mouse button.

 

Brief instructions for usin the 3D Viewer:
For moving the map mouse, keyboard or navigation icons can be used in the map window.
 

Mouse
To zoom in pick a point on the map with the left click, hold and drag down or just click a point. Mouse wheel enables you to zoom in and out, the same effect is achieved by holding the middle mouse button and dragging the mouse back and forth. You can change the direction of the view on the map by holding the right mouse button and dragging the mouse to the left and to the right (rotating around the point in the middle of the screen) or dragging the mouse back and forth (changing the pitch of the view). The same result is achieved by holding Ctrl button and left mouse button instead of the right mouse button.

Keyboard
The map is scrolled to the desired view by navigation keys. Key combination of Ctrl and navigation keys Up and Down enables zooming in and zooming out. If holding Shift and by using navigation keys you can rotate the view. By holding the Alt key and using navigation keys a more accurate navigation is achieved. By pressing the R key the map rotates North and enables the plan view. The N key also rotates map toward North but doesn't change the pitch of the view.

Navigation Icons
The upper navigation icon in the upper right corner of the window helps to rotate the map around the middle point of a screen. The upper icon in the bottom left corner of the window enables zooming a map in and out and panning the map to the left and to the right. The middle icon in the bottom left corner of the window enables changing the pitch of the view and by using the two icons bellow previous, zooming in and out is achieved. It is possible to click on every navigation icon or click and hold the mouse button (the effect lasts until releasing the button) or double click the mouse button (the effect lasts until you move the mouse).
